8th Annual
Fall Farm Fundraiser

Sept/Oct 2021

TBD

Farm fundraisers are important each year to continue to provide our regular fresh produce donations to five local food pantries, provide reduced price produce to a farm stand in Mattapan, provide greater access to  fresh food through CSA financial aid and more, such as building up our capital funds for bigger, depreciating items such as tractors, trucks, and trailers, necessary to grow!   If you are interested in future sponsorship or donating, including items for a raffle and silent auction, please reach us at events@brookwoodcommunityfarm.org.

Ride for Food with TSNE

Oct 3, 2021

The Ride for Food is a fundraising event that supports Boston area organizations that fight hunger.  Brookwood has participated each of the last three years, and received 100% of the donations made to our team.  These funds help support the farm’s Food Access programs.

The Ride offers two types of participation this year:

  1. A traditional group ride on October 3 2021.  There are multiple loops that start and end in Dedham with a festive atmosphere, including food and drink at the ride site.

  2. A virtual ride for those who would like to participate individually, or cannot make the October 3 date.  Participants are not restricted to cycling, but may choose the activity of their choice.

You can support Brookwood by either joining the team or donating to one of the riders online at

https://ride.threesquaresne.org/BrookwoodCommunityFarm2021

If you have any questions, please contact Rob Cormack at Rob@BrookwoodCommunityFarm.org

Rob Cormack will be organizing some rides between now and October 3 and will customize their length  based those who express interest.  The rides can also be customized to include refreshments based on rider interest.  Rides often include baked goods, coffee, ice cream and occasionally a malt beverage.
